Capture Lived Experience as It Happens

Record the signal, before interpretation has a chance to distort it.

What It Reveals

By the time we sit down to reflect at the end of a day, most of what actually happened has already been re-written. What arrived as raw sensation has been rendered into story, and the signal is gone. Capture is the practice of noticing before the editing begins.

How It Works

A single tap opens the smallest possible surface. A sentence, a voice note, a sensation, a photograph. Whatever your state can offer at that moment. The friction of remembering later is quietly removed.

In Practice

You feel the tightness rise in a meeting. Two taps, six words spoken into the phone, and it is captured. That evening, three similar entries appear side by side. A pattern that used to slip through has finally been held.
