The NIRVA Method is not a mindfulness practice, and it is not a set of instructions. It is a discovery — five principles that describe how a nervous system actually works, and how a person becomes more themselves once they can see them.
Everything your nervous system does is trying to accomplish something. Before you change it, learn to see it. Most people notice only their reactions. Nervous System Intelligence teaches you to notice what comes before the reaction — the subtle shifts in your body, the emotions beneath the emotion, and the invisible signals your nervous system has been sending all along.
