The Space Between Reaction and Regulation

Reflect in the Language Your State Requires
The medium adapts to what your nervous system can offer.
What It Reveals
A dysregulated system does not always have language. Asking someone to write a paragraph when their capacity is a whisper is a way of asking them to fail. Reflect meets you where you are — not where a designer imagined you would be.
How It Works
The same entry can hold a sentence, a voice recording, a photograph, or a short video. You choose the medium your state can offer. The system understands them all as one continuous record.
In Practice
On a hard evening, all you can do is film thirty seconds of the window. Two weeks later, that clip sits inside your own pattern history as clearly as any journal entry. What could not be spoken was still, quietly, recorded.
