The Space Between Reaction and Regulation
Before You Begin
First, a quiet definition of what you are about to discover.
The Framework Assessment is not a personality quiz. It is not a diagnosis. It is a mirror held to the ground your nervous system was built on — so that ground can stop being invisible.
What A Framework Is
The influences that shaped how you see, interpret, and respond to the world.
Your Nervous System Framework is not your personality. Personality is a description. A Framework is the architecture beneath the description — the accumulated influences that taught your nervous system what to expect, what to reach for, and what to protect against.
Because every person’s experiences are different, every person’s Framework is unique. Two people can meet the same moment and read it differently, and both readings can be correct — to the Framework doing the reading.
Understanding your Framework is what turns the sentence “this is just how I am” into a real, workable question. Not “what is wrong with me?” But “what did I learn, and where did I learn it, and what does that make available to change?”

What You Will Receive
Your Framework Profile.
- The Framework you are currently living inside. Named plainly, without labels or diagnosis.
- The adaptations you reach for under pressure. Not defects. Evidence of learning.
- The shapes that are currently less rehearsed. The direction the NIRVA Method points toward.
- A quiet set of next steps — chosen for the Framework you actually have, not the generic reader.
Honor Before Change
Nothing that surfaces in this assessment is a defect. Every adaptation named was, at some point, the fastest available solution to a real situation. Meeting them with contempt is meeting a child’s solution with an adult’s exasperation.
Honor first. Change follows.

Take it slowly. There is no clock. Your Framework has been running your whole life — an extra few minutes will not change it.
